Natasha Simeon works with Paul Otten and Chris Patton, the pioneers in the elderberry industry in the upper midwest, and she manages the cutting and nursery plug production and the elderberry and currant field begun on her farm in 2016. Come learn about how you can grow this amazing plant yourself.

Caring for animals sometimes means needing to provide medical care for them. Natasha and her family have always had animals as a part of their lives and have been through many experiences (and challenges!) with them. For this class they will share what is in their medicine cabinet and first aid kit, including some of the cost effective solutions that help the bottom line when caring for large numbers of livestock.
