Community Garden

This garden project has happened every year since 2012. Originally started by Cris Canton it is now managed by Nancy Frank.

The following links are to the announcements from the early years.

2017 The Children’s Garden

2014 Community Garden Opens

2012 Prairie Farm Community Garden

The Prairie Farm Community Garden space fills up quickly, so call early to reserve your spot.

For more information, please contact Nancy Frank at 715-651-7840 or by email at oppty@me.com. See you in the garden!

Now is the time to put your garden dreams into practice.  We have lots of room in the Prairie Farm Community Garden, just waiting for you to come and work the soil for your seeds to sprout and grow.  Just imagine the joys of homegrown tomatoes and fresh sweet corn—all grown by you in a sunny plot of land!

Community groups and childrens’ organizations are encouraged to adopt a garden space for the season.  Maybe you could help fill the shelves of the Prairie Farm-Ridgeland Food Pantry?  What a great service project that could be.

We’re looking forward to seeing you in the garden!
